i’m writing this for a person who i respect very much and someone who really means a lot to me. i do not mean to step at anyone’s foot, but i only rant online for the right reasons.
you know if you ever receive an evite for an interview from a company called ecost ph, don’t accept it. you know what, in fact, accept it and then don’t go. or you know what just decline. they deserve to be declined. they really do.
first they send an evite for you to go at 7:00 in the morning. not everyone is comfortable with 7am so you call to confirm or try to reschedule. don’t even try calling because you are never gonna hear an answer. no calls or email confirmation once you’ve acepted. no text, no nothing. in fact, if you so even expect to receive a reminder from their ‘HR’ department, no no no. If you really can’t help but go do take your time taking a bath, but don’t overprepare. You can be late and they won’t notice. Because you know what, they don’t care! They don’t give a crap at other people’s time, you’ll go there and you are gonna regret it.
Oh and did I mention their HR department/receptionist was very accomodating. Thanks for not even going through cover letters or just looking like you don’t give a sh*t by looking very unflattering. and you know, next time before printing a rejection letter be reasonable and atleast less obvious! what, you really found another suitable candidate to a job post that’s been running for more than three months? And still running?
And you know what’s more crap? Your test questions!
I am really angry at you for all the time you’ve wasted. You don’t even look like you are serious about hiring. You know, it is not easy to prepare for a seven o’clock interview only to find out that it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t mean that people need jobs and you are a potential employer that you have every right to waste their time. What are you, a big corporate brand? Geez…
After my friend went here she almost lost herself. And that is your fault. You don’t open jobs to make people feel desperate when they visit you. That’s not a good way to start the day of a person who is looking for a job. And it certainly is not a good way to treat a person.
And you know job description and job requirements are two different things.
For anyone who has been on the same road, they did not know what they were missing. You certainly deserve better. And they were not worth it.
